I welcome adults from all walks of life and all backgrounds to my practice. My education, training, exceptional mentors, and life experiences enable me to bring empathy and excitement to the work. The road through adulthood is paved with countless opportunities to connect with one’s aliveness. Working with adults for over 20 years has shown me how emotional damage from the past and present can form patterns of behavior, thinking, and feeling which stunt one’s capacity for deeper fulfillment.

My aim is to create a collaborative, safe, and encouraging container in order to understand and shift what may be diminishing the potential for a fuller life. We will explore how past and present experiences and relationships have shaped how you view yourself and the world. This will often include mindfulness-based and somatic practices to help slow down, increase awareness, and develop a greater sense of agency and flexibility.

Whether you are in a crisis or feeling flat or confused, I provide a respectful and intuitive process to increase feelings of connection to self and others. With compassion, you are encouraged to step out of your comfort zone towards a more joyful and satisfying life.
